Morning over Bega

Getting colder, I could see my breath this morning, walking to the river, the rush of getting to work on time surrounding me, yet I am the spectators, watching without being touched by the fever. I remember the fever, the adrenaline rush, as I take my time watching the falling leaves make circles on the water mirror.
